Overall experience - GREAT. We highly recommend this dealership to friends and family, even though we live in Arlington,Virginia, we decided to go to this dealership because of the good rating we found thru the internet. We love our 2011 X3 and its awesome features.

This was by far the most enjoyable experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I was never pressured, and always felt like I was purchasing a vehicle, not being "sold" anything. From Showroom, to financing, I had a seamless transaction. When I buy again, I will buy with Annapolis BMW!
This was my first BMW buying experience and this dealership has a customer for life. Dylan was my sales consultant. I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and very patient with me. I was in the dealership for over 7 hours and test drove several cars. Throughout the experience Dylan made me feel at ease and made my purchasing experience fantastic. I originally bought a 2011 BMW 535i from Brendan Toth. He was well informed on the features of the car and presented a good case for why it made sense to trade in my 2008 BMW 535 Xi after 3 years rather than waiting to the end of 4 years. When Brendan left BMW Annapolis, Dan Rykiel took over. When my new 535i arrived, Dan and the Finance Dept. helped us get through the paperwork quickly.
