Dan and the whole BMW Annapolis team were fantastic. They offered a great price as well as handled the whole transaction smoothly and made me feel important to them as a customer. I would recomend BMW of Annapolis to friends and family for several reasons. To begin, since I started driving at the age of 16 I have never been able to walk on a car lot without some pesky sales men practically begging me to purchase a car. I had an overall pleasant experience working with my salesperson Dylan Rausch and manager Gary Goldstein. The process for finding a used car in great condition proved to be more challenging as anticipated, but my salesperson kept ensuring me he was doing all he could to find a car that met my expectations. Finally, with the help of Gary, we found a CPO 2006 BMW 330i that was in immaculate condition. The car drives great, very clean, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from BMW of Annapolis.
Over the last few months I was debating between purchasing a BMW 335i, Lexus IS 350 and Audi S4. Realistically I was setting my sights on a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. I will give it to Annapolis, they went above and beyond to ultimately get me the exact car I wanted. After numerous attempts to acquire the exact vehicle I had in mind from across the US—and no other dealer budging—they finally arranged for me to simply build the exact car I wanted with first right to refusal upon delivery.
