Ordered a new 335d from Art. He made the process as painless as possible. He also gave me excellently timed regular updates about the car as it was processed in Germany and shipped to the US. Negotiation was painless also and he tried to make our needs met which is the first rule of business. I always buy pre-owned cars with minimal mileage, and have most often buy from private individuals, because I dislike the typical sales pitch and assume it wil be a total hassle.
