The entire process was very positive. I especially enjoyed the knowledge of my salesperson who knew about more than just the BMW products, and helped to suit me with my vehicle. The finance office Specifically David Mier went above and beyond to accomodate my purchase. Hats off to the entire dealership.
David Mier- was incredible, he has helped me a lot with loan, i didn't think i would be able to get approved. He has been super professional and super helpful. I will only go to that dealership and recommend everyone there. Because of David- i have had the best experience i could possibly ask for.
Overall one of the best experiences we have had buying a car. Their website is great and allowed me to see that they had the exact car that I wanted at a fair price. Everyone we dealt with was professional, but at the same time very personable. The only minus in the process was them trying to pressure me in buying on the last day of the month. BMW of Annapolis was a fantastic establishment to deal with. Purchasing my BMW was truly a hassle free experience. I was quoted an online price, a very good one I might add, and the sales team did not try to pressure me into spending more. I started the day car shopping and had previously narrowed my search to 3 hardtop convertible models after doing extensive internet research. The 2010 135i coupe I just purchased this past Saturday (10/28/2009) from BMW of Annapolis is my first BMW ever, and after this buying experience, I can honestly say that I will always feel great about working with BMW of Annapolis for all future sales, service, and parts needs I might have. I searched bmwusa.com's CPO model search for a BMW 330i with 6-speed, sport package, cold-weather package, and premium package. Of the vehicles I looked at, the CPO 330i being sold by BMW of Annapolis was the nicest in terms of low miles, overall condition, well-cared for, and being exactly what I wanted (color, features, condition, etc...). My overall buying experience at BMW of Annapolis was a great one. Dan Rykiel is a very professional Client Advisor and was very nice to work with. I was initially undecided between two different 2009 car models that the dealership had on the lot. In the end I was leaning strongly towards one over the other. First, we thought we were at the new dealership and were ready to leave and take the drive further down the road. However, I am glad we did not leave. Mr. Saah was an exceptional saleman. Not too pushy, overbearing or talkative. He also listenend and understood our needs. We were and are still am extremely pleased with the purchase of our first BMW.
