Sometimes you can do too much research when buying a car. The unfortunate outcome is that you have a hyper-clear vision of the car you want. Such was my situation in my search for a Mini. Even with three robust dealerships in the area (all of whom were trying to find my car), it was Otto's Mini on the other side of the country that had the car I wanted. I came by to look at the Mini Cooper Countryman, uncertain if it was the car that I wanted. Pete willingly showed me all of the great features and answered all of my questions. I absolutely love the car! Pete worked with us to get the price to a great point. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Dave with the finance team was so nice and filling out the paperwork was a breeze. I would highly recommend not only the car but the dealership! Thanks for everything!!

Excellent service at Otto's mini! They were helpful, speedy to work with and offered a lot of different options. This was my first car purchase and first MINI - Pete was awesome to work with as I was a bit nervous to navigate the process!

I just bought my first MINI at Otto's. Initially I was apprehensive about dealing with car salespeople but Liam was not at all pushy yet helpful and attentive when needed, informative, and very accommodating to our needs. In fact, everyone at Otto's was extremely friendly and buying the car was overall a great experience. I highly recommend Liam, the dealership, and just LOVE my new MINI S!

This was my first car purchase, and I was a little apprehensive given everything I know and have heard about car dealerships, but Pete and the rest of the team were great. They were helpful, friendly and I did not feel like I was being pushed at all in any way. Would recommend

My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing our vehicle through Pete Barcus and from start to finish, it was painless. Chad Carey continued that positive experience, making the financial side of things seamless and easy to understand. No high pressure sales techniques....just honesty and helpfulness. I am hopeful that the rest of our dealings with Otto's is as pleasant when it comes time for service and so forth.

Otto's mini was excellent when it came to working with my wife and I. We were very indecisive, so it took us a bit of time to figure out what kind of car we were interested in buying. After a test drive, Chad let us take a vehicle overnight so we could get a better feel for how it drove. That did it for us. Having a car overnight allowed us to test the lights, feel the experience of its power and see how the car would fit into our daily life, really helped make our decision.
