I worked with Pete when I bought a MINI Countryman. From the moment I walked into Otto’s, I felt welcome and there was no pressure at all. I told Pete what I was interested in and that’s what he showed me. Again, no pressure. The whole experience was great and I’m having a blast with my car. I would definitely go back to Otto’s and work with Pete in the future.

Before purchasing our Mini Countryman S All4, we visited several other dealerships, such as Lexus (for the NX) and Audi (Q3) and NONE compared to the experience we had car shopping at Otto's. We actually almost left the lot before going inside, thinking a Mini couldn't hold a handle to the other vehicles we were considering (all small to mid-sized SUVs). Pete was really easy to deal with and I would highly recommend him for your next mini purchase. I don't write many reviews, but I feel strongly that Pete is worth it.

I have to say Pete went beyond the expected into the unexpected with his professionalism. I've had many car experiences and customer care was always lacking. With Pete I found his quick response and detailed reply's so refreshing...and this is after the sale as well. His knowledge and expertise with the product is also very impressive beyond what I've experienced at any time in the past. Pete is a real asset to Otto's Mini and for the reasons I've stated I will be doing more business with Pete in the future.

Awesome dealership if you're looking to buy a brand new Mini or a pre-owned Mini Cooper. Pete Barcus took the time to answer all the questions that I had and made buying a new car very enjoyable.

As an owner of the 4th Mini we have purchased from Otto's, I feel quite qualified to state that Pete, along with the entire Otto's team, have brought the car buying and servicing experience to a level un matched anywhere, in fact it is a joy to go to Otto's for service as we are treated like Family. I have always wanted to own a MINI so upon searching Otto's website (daily) and finally finding something I loved, I immediately set up an appointment for a test drive. Derek answered any and all questions I had and was very knowledgable about everything. I felt a bit of shaking after taking the car on the highway so he sent it to have it looked at.
