We could not be happier with the process of buying a Mini, from Derek our sales consultant to the delivery itself we are VERY pleased with Otto's Mini.

Took my older Mini in for service and then decided to trade it for a newer model. Derek worked with me and was very low pressure and very helpful. He certainly knows his stuff with the cars and helped me look at several options. His insight was quite helpful and I appreciated his enthusiasm for Minis. He then helped me fit the final price into budget and I drove off with a slick new car that has lots of fun packed in! I will be back for service and eventually a new Mini when the time comes (years from now).

My visit to Otto's Mini was nothing short of phenomenal. My husband walked into Otto's Mini one busy Saturday afternoon, without an appointment. Pete Barcus was promptly assigned to take care of us and from the beginning, Pete was great. We have all been there, waiting in the waiting room looking at the new cars... then sitting in the new car , and viola you are talking about different cars and the features...
