I purchased a used car. I found the entire dealership to be friendly, accommodating and willing to take any steps necessary to get things done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone - you will not be disappointed.

I recently had a new transmission installed into my mini by a local garage and it was starting to squeal in 4th gear. Also had a recall on my power steering so I took my car to Otto's to be serviced. They took care of the recall and replaced my transmission at NO cost to me! Plus, they gave me a 2018 convertible Mini S to drive till my car was done! Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, highly recommend this place if you have a Mini that needs serviced or are looking to purchase one. This place gets two thumbs up!!!

I travelled 44 miles from Maryland to this dealership. I visited another dealer closer to me and concluded i wasnt going there. Otto's Mini were very accomadating and professional. They were quick to offer a loaner and made what could have been an aggravation. I can say i am at ease owning this Mini because i have somewhere to remedy any issue. Otto's staff were all helpful and would recommend their service...

Dropping my mini off for service is always so easy. I pull into the service area and as I exit my car there is someone holding my door open with a friendly greeting. The paperwork is ready. The loaner car is ready to go. Easy in-easy out.
