I could not have asked for a better experience when I purchased my green Countryman. I had the pleasure of working with Michael. He was thorough in answering all of my questions and helped us choose the right model for us. I would recommend both Michael & Otto’s to anyone looking for a car.

This is the first car I have bought in the US and I was incredibly impressed with the both the customer service skills and knowledge of Michael. I have owned classic Minis back in the UK and this is my first 'new' Mini. I bought a used Countryman S All4 and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It is great to know that for the rest of my life with this car I can be comfortable in bringing it in to Otto's mini for service. Michael is a credit to this company and you will have a great experience buying a car from him!

I have purchased 2 Mini’s at Otto’s MINI. I would recommend, without hesitation, both the Sales and Service teams. It was during my most recent purchase of a 2017 Countryman S All4 that I had the pleasure of working with Michael Dixon. Michael truly provided the most positive of car buying experiences. Melissa worked with me to get my car in for service wth the short window I had availability. Preston went over all the work needed with me in detail and recommended work that would be accomplished under warranty. Not for a moment did I feel I wasn’t getting the correct answer regarding my questions. Will take my car nowhere but Otto’s!

Overall a great experience. Mini was very accommodating with the loaner given the impending storm. My only, issue and its not really an issue, was that I didn't receive a call back about when my car would be ready for pick -up, which would have allowed a bit more time to juggle my schedule. Melissa did tell me she was going out of town when we spoke Tuesday and that someone else would be reaching out to me.

Our experience with Otto’s was very good! Derek and the team were highly professional and courteous. Our only reservation is that the car took significantly longer to come into the dealership than what had been quoted. We realize “things happen” but also know that when they do, a pro-active approach is always better.

My first mini was purchased overseas and shipped to Otto’s for delivery. The Otto’s team made my relocation process a smooth an happy one. When it came to upgrading to the 2018 I knew Otto’s was the only choice for my new build. Jeff was attentive and was able to answer ever question that I came up with. Jeff and Ryan are a great team and made the ordering and delivery process a true joy.
