I returned to Otto's in 2016 for a new lease. Mike Dixon did great by us and we are are really happy with our second Mini Countryman. We got in, found a great deal, and got it done. Thank you!
I just picked up my fifth Mini from this dealership. Michael was very articulate in explaining the differences in the models we were considering, as well as the packages that would be of interest to us. Obviously we are more than pleased with the integrity and expertise of this dealership.
Otto's Mini was a great team to work with. From the moment my husband and I walked in, we knew we were in good hands. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and not to mention, amazing cars. The salesman was super helpful and explained all the package information to myself and my Mother who was buying the car what was and wasn't included in what we wanted in her mini. We came away excited for the mini experience to begin. We saved money and got everything that my Mother wanted in her car.
So nice we did it twice - second Mini purchase within 30 days. The first purchase was an exceptional experience, simply it was the way business should be done. Just experienced the most amazing car purchase process. Ottos and Michael Dixon were responsive, honest and made my car purchase easy. Drove close to 4 hours for the test drive and then final pick up. The team made me feel comfortable and tailored to me specific needs. Will definitely look to them for future purchases. Why can't all car dealers be this great?
Michael was extremely straight-forward, giving me all of the information I needed when asked. I respect and appreciate his approach.
