Very knowledgeable. Laid back Sales atmosphere. From someone who comes from a sales intensive retail atmosphere, I appreciated Michael Dixon's approach and sales techniques. Never felt pressured from start to finish. The entire experience was a pleasure. I would recommend Otto's to anyone and will be back in the future!

This was by far the most relaxed and straight forward auto buying experience I've had. Great service, no pressure or games, very straight forward. Effectively did the deal on the phone. I will go back to this dealership specifically due to Rob's sales approach and Dave's admin / finance work.

Everyone made us feel like we were the only ones they cared about at that moment. Chad took the time to hear what we were looking for and hand-picked a variety of cars to take out for a test drive. After each drive, he'd ask me a few questions and then give me another car, telling me what to pay attention to and what to know would be different. Michael Dixon did a great job - answering all my questions, especially about air bags, and arranging for test drives of a convertible and a manual transmission. We were out on the test drives within 15 minutes of arriving at the dealer - no waiting around. He strongly recommended only the options that we truly needed (heated seats are a must in a convertible!!!) and answered questions on other options. No wasted time or unwelcome sales pitch.
