I purchased a pre-owned Jaguar F-Type V8S they'd advertised online., I dealt only with Dave (sales manager) and Michael Dixon (sales) and both were extremely personable and straight-dealing, I've bought dozens of cars and, of course, anticipate the high-pressure BS and last minute attempts to nickel-and-dime customers that car dealers (particularly pre-owned) are infamous for. Michael Dixon at Otto's Mini is excellent. Limiting this review to twenty five words seems unfair since I have a poem written about him.
Michael went above regular business practices to ensure the perfect purchase. I would highly recommend his services to any friends. Michael arranged transportation to make things more convenient and carefully instructed me on the navigation computer.
Our salesman was very knowledgeable regarding the product he sells. It was very obvious to us that he takes pride in his work and he found us the perfect mini with everything we wanted in our vehicle. We went from looking online on the website to test drive, to purchase within a couple of days! Actually felt pampered during our purchase experience! (Certainly a first for both of us.) Would highly recommend a visit to Otto's Mini in Exton to anyone looking for a great vehicle and a great sakes team to assist you!
I was coming in by train from two states away. Michael was waiting for me as my train arrived. Four minutes later we were at the dealership. There was no lag in the process. When I wasn't with the Dave, the Finance Manager, I was with Michael in the car reviewing all the features and functions. Connected my phone via bluetooth and was ready to go!
Michael Dixon spent the time and patience with me to go over the car that I had eventually purchased. His no pressure sale and follow up has been greatly appreciate. I highly recommend if you are thinking about a new Mini or even a used one see Michael.
This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! Michael Dixon was amazing! He cut right to the chase on the bottom line price of the vehicle and saved me a lot of time and hassle. Michael was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with! One might argue there are better cars, but there's no better dealer in my 30+ years. I've bought two cars from them and will, one day, buy a third I'm sure. The service is fair and thorough.
