Bought new mini clubman. Ottomini in Exton are the best. Helpful, friendly and intelligent staff. They certainly know what they're talking about. Car is fantastic and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Paperwork a breeze. Just can't praise them enough. Wonderful service and glad I found them.

You can buy a car from any dealer who tows the company line. I believe in my personal experience that Otto's is full of smart people that have well above average people skills. You get a fair shake with every part of the experience from sales, (My contact was Derek) to service and parts. I've had multiple contacts over a period of time and it's all consistent. My wife and I just got our new 2016 Mini which is our third one in the last seven years. It is a tremendous automobile that we cannot be happier with. Recently, online and mostly through e-mail, from 1,000 miles away, bought a 2005 S2000 that they said was "like new". Because of the condition and my uncertainty, we had a little trouble on the price but we worked it out. It is exactly what they said, a 10 year old car that is in practically perfect condition. They also handled the shipping for me, which was very impressive.
I recently took delivery of a used Volvo C70 convertible from Otto's Mini in Exton, PA. And drove the vehicle back to my home in Alabama. I couldn't have had a better experience. I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had in purchasing my new Roadster S from Ottos. I've been to them a couple times over the last two years but never could pull the trigger.
