Michelle did a good job with a used car transaction but it was the first time I ever purchased a car from a dealer that came with a empty tank of gas. Never noticed that until we pulled away. Second key fob also no good but told it only needed a battery. Kind of have to question just what was else was missed in the 128 point check every car gets. We do love the car.

My experience was mostly done over the phone and via e mail. Emily McNeill was extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable. Not to mention friendly. She knew early on my schedule is very busy and she accommodated me when it was good for me not necessarily her. There was one small issue with the service department upon pickup and Emily fixed it immediately! Otto's is lucky to have her and I have already passed her name to a few friends who also love my car!!! Thanks Emily!! Great doing business with you!

Michelle's approach was a perfect match for me - a non-pressure sales approach letting me make the decision. Her understanding of my wants was a relief from all the other sales people that I approach at other agencies. She follow up with my questions with solid answers.

Have always loved MINI Coopers - went just to do a test drive and ended up signing for the MINI of my dreams! They don't hassle you to buy right away and are there for any questions/concerns you have before buying a MINI. Best experience hands down buying a new car. My husband can't believe how clean their garage is and how professional and helpful they are! Would recommend and have already recommended to friends!

I had great experience with Ottos Mini! I was not pressured to buy my mini that day, and Brook was more that helpful with all my questions. He was great, never once made me feel pressured to buy the car that day and was very honest with answering all my questions. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, this is by far the best dealership!!! Also even after buying car I still am able to reach out via phone or email and ask Brook questions about something with my car and he is always helpful and responds fast!

After shopping around at a couple different Mini dealers, I’m very satisfied with my experience at Otto’s Mini. Peter Barcus made my purchase a wonderful experience. Peter was very responsive to my many questions prior to my trip to the dealership. When I arrived everything was prepped and ready for me. From handling my trade to demoing the car I was very pleased with everything. From my first inquiry online to the follow up after purchase, this has been one of the best customer services experiences I’ve had.

Brook was a pleasure to work with from first to last. He was helpful and accommodating without pressuring us into making a decision. He was very specific about options for purchase / lease etc., and my husband and I felt invested in the process rather than confused or overwhelmed by it. Would definitely want to work with Brook in the future.
