Everyone was great and extremely helpful from the moment I contacted Peter W. to express interest for the Mini I purchased to getting the keys in my hands and driving off the lot. Unfortunately, Peter W. was out for surgery the day I came in to sign paperwork but Chad and the other Peter took over and made the entire process effortless!
Everyone at Otto's was very accommodating and friendly. Pete was very helpful in explaining all the pro's and con's of the mini options available and the available financing.
Peter did a great job. Since we were coming from out of town, I was happy to see that he was free and helped us right away when we got in (I have run into the opposite at other car dealers) He answered all of our questions, walked us through the features and how to use them and even followed up a few days later to see if we had any issues. He provided the best new car buying experience that I have had!
First we looked online. Then, we contacted the dealership. After looking at the fantastic selection Otto's Mini had, we quickly found one that met our needs. The process was a painless, pleasant experience. Emily was straight forward and very helpful to me as I made my decision. I am happy to report that I love my car!
At the start of my car shopping, I was undecided about the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. Brook and OTTO Mini were amazing! I shopped around at a lot of dealerships and Brook was by far and away my favorite salesman. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all. He was extremely laid back and friendly and told me a lot of great things about the car. Michelle was a pleasure to work with. She really knows her minis. She took the time to make sure we were happy and fully up to speed on our mini's features. I would higly recommend her to anyone in the market for a mini that is new to this line.
