Dealing with Michelle Dewey was an absolute pleasure. We worked out most of the deal over the phone. I stated my requirements and with a some work on Michelle's side she was able to meet and or exceed all I had asked for. Walking into the Dealership you felt as if you were buying a Rolls Royce with the way you were treated by both the Sales Department and the Service department. MY experience with Otto's was quite positive. I was in the market for a new car and reached out to the dealership via their website. I got an immediate response. Over the next couple of weeks, I exchanged e-mails with Pete W., who was quite friendly and helpful. From the initial phone call to the finalization of the deal, Pete was tremendous to work with. Everything about the deal was done correctly and professionally. The staff as well was great to work with. The facility is top notch and easy to get to. We love the car it is our second Mini and I am sure not our last. The price was great and overall, we could not be more pleased.

We really enjoyed working with our sales person, Michelle Dewey. We found her to be knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. There was no pressure. She determined what type of vehicle we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. Michelle made the car buying process quick (which we wanted) and streamlined and we ended up with exactly the right car for us.

After researching and driving several convertibles, I was sold on the MINI, and reached out to two dealerships (Towson, MD and Exton, PA); Towson was the closer of the two, and as promoted, was the 'largest' MINI dealer ... therefore, I was sure that I'd purchase from them. Pete and the entire Otto's MINI dealership was extremely helpful in getting us our brand new MINI. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted and Pete made it happen! He listened to our requests and worked with us. It was the most pleasant experience we've ever had with a motoring advisor. Pete maintained contact with me after my internet contact last summer. We worked the sale over the phone. The purchase was smooth. Everyone was friendly and knowledgable. The building and grounds are very nice.
