Everyone from Pete and the financial department were great. They made my dream of owning my dream car come true. They were very knowable and nice. They were able to pull it all together to get me into my mini Roadster S. I came to Ottos thinking I would not be able to drive away with a Roadster and they made it possible. Thanks to all involved. What an excellent and unique car buying experience!!! I just took delivery of a 2012 Countryman S ALL4 and Brook and Otto's made it my most enjoyable car purchase to date. I had a very good idea of the options I was looking for in my CMS4 and Brook checked all local inventories to find a match. I stopped by Otto's to buy some parts for my 2011 Cooper S and left ordering a new 2012 JCW. Anthony suggested I talk to a MA about trading up to a JCW and it was a done deal. MJ and Chad made it so easy and gave me such a great deal that I couldn't say no. There was no pressure and they were very professional. Thanks Otto's.
Otto's is the only MINI dealership that is worth buying or leasing a MINI from. Not only is their new location, amazing, but the staff is outstanding, always friendly and willing to help their customers.
