"Took three tries" Preston and the staff were unfailingly courteous and professional. However, I live 30-40 minutes away (depending on traffic) and did not expect to have to come back 3 times to get my annual service. The first time I arrived at my appointment, the computer was down and no one could do anything. "Mini Convertible" We have been looking for a particular color and model for some time. Once I found one that checked most of the boxes I called Otto's and talked to Michael. He was awesome with communication. Had the car out front, cleaned and gassed when I arrived. Also, super knowledgeable about the cars. Offered to hold a future model for me, or order a new one but in the end we made a very fair deal for the car. Very happy. Highly recommend.

"Worth driving in from out of state" Michael Dixon at Otto's made buying my new MINI Cooper an easy and positive experience. "Always good service" Once again, Ottos delivered. Had routine service. Very efficient, people very friendly. Love the new space. Even got a free hot dog! My only complaint is lack of Mini signage where you enter into service bays, and apparently that’s coming.

"Spilled Coffee on it and then bought it" My wife did her research and found Otto's to be a place that had multiple options for pre-owned Minni's in our price range. Michael Dixon - the salesman - was very responsive and even though he was swamped with customers he was extremely attentive to us. Even though he was short-staffed he went out of his way to close the sale with us on the same day we chose our car. My wife is delighted with her new Mini and takes every excuse to run an errand so to drive it.
