"Easy check in and check out" The staff, even if they are not the representative taking care of your car, are very friendly and helpful. Signs telling you where to drop off would be helpful but I realize that Mini just moved back to this facility. The loaner was great but could have been cleaned in and out, but then again, I only had it for a day. We are always happy with the staff and the service we receive.
"Always a pleasure!" I recently purchased my MINI at Otto's. It was a wonderful and stress-free experience. I have had 3 MINIs previously, and had them all services at Otto's as well. The staff there is very responsive and treats you like family.
"Great service, as always!!!!" I always have a great experience at Otto’s MINI! I will say that I liked the old location in Exton better, but hopefully once the growing pains have passed, I’ll like it just as much. Same great service and friendly MINI faces though!
"Always excellent service at Otto's MINI" Since new - my 2003 Cooper has always been in good hands at Otto's MINI. Preston treats me like a friend and always provides outstanding service! In fact - during my recent visit to the new location (at Otto's BMW) - Preston took the time to give me a tour of the entire facility. I would without hesitation recommend Otto's MINI for all service needs.
"Routine service " Took my car in for routine oil change and tire rotation, they checked fluids etc. Driving my car feels even better since my service. They washed my car and vacuumed too! Very happy!

"Excellent Otto's Mini Interaction" I contacted Otto's mini on line and had a chat with Michael Dixon. I went by later that day to see a Mini they had at their dealership. Michael was very friendly and engaging. I set up to come by the next day to discuss the purchase of the Mini, again Michael was very helpful and upon completion of all the necessary paperwork, we had a new Mini on the following Tuesday! Michael did a great job explaining all the details of the car and was great to work with during the entire process!
