"A+ Experience" I felt that I as the customer was more important than just the sale. There was a effort to meet my specific needs with a sense of respect and efficentcy. Overall, this was a very positive experience.

"Good Job" Very responsive and comprehensive in diagnostics. Timely completion of work too. Work appears to be competently done after a week of driving in all kinds of weather.
"Easy to work with and low-key" I haven't bought a car in fifteen years. Kyle was helpful in explaining to me the options for the Cooper Mini S, and walked me through all the pro's and con's in the manual vs. automatic debate. Overall, this was a relaxed, (almost enjoyable!) car-buying experience.
"Flory" Very efficient , all papers were ready for me when I arrived. Kyle went over everything in the car; however I can’t remember all of it.
"Great Experience!" I went to Otto's to test drive a used 2012 Subaru Outback. Pete had me out test driving the vehicle within five minutes of me being there and gave me a great deal on it when I got back. This was my first time buying from a dealer and it was a very pleasant experience. I'd recommend Otto's and especially working with Pete to anyone who asks.
