"Easy to work with and low-key" I haven't bought a car in fifteen years. Kyle was helpful in explaining to me the options for the Cooper Mini S, and walked me through all the pro's and con's in the manual vs. automatic debate. Overall, this was a relaxed, (almost enjoyable!) car-buying experience.

"Great Experience!" I went to Otto's to test drive a used 2012 Subaru Outback. Pete had me out test driving the vehicle within five minutes of me being there and gave me a great deal on it when I got back. This was my first time buying from a dealer and it was a very pleasant experience. I'd recommend Otto's and especially working with Pete to anyone who asks.
