"Service was as exceptional as the Exton location." From the time I made the appointment,to the completion of the service,I was treated more like a member of the family then a customer.
"Excellent Customer Service, Facility and Mechanical Service" My experience was exceptional from the moment I pulled into the service bay, through checking out with the cashier. I was well informed in a timely manner how the progress of my car service was going and what was to be expected.
"Easy, on time and personable people. " The process to get an appointment was easy, the wait was not any longer than the estimate provided, the people are very friendly and the waiting accommodations are good.
"Always confident " I used to take my Mini to be serviced at the dealer from which I purchased it (which is closer to my home). However, when the extended warranty ran out, I began taking it to Otto's because I had heard such great things about the quality of its service. I have not been disappointed. Preston has always be great - even when I couldn't get a scheduled appointment, he arranged a loaner while the technicians diagnosed the problem. "Service Check" Love my MINI team. Always fast, super courteous, I actually enjoy my service checks! And I can leave happy, knowing my car got the best service.
"Alignment Concern" Got an appointment quickly after concern that a pothole affected the alignment. MINI service is always outstanding - had a loaner ready for my 7am pickup and had my car done in one day. Preston is awesome, as is the whole Exton MINI service team.
"Great service" Michael did a great job getting everything done behind the scenes even though he had several customers. There was some waiting due to how busy he was but the dealership kept us very comfortable and engaged in what the status of the process was.
"Annual Service" Your courtesy and attention to my Mini's needs were both second to none. I was updated through the process which made my "wait time" feel even shorter than it actually was. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
"Always a great experience " Even though my service appointment was not scheduled as a “wait”, knowing that I live an hour away in Jersy, Preston went out of his way to make sure that my car is serviced in reasonable amount of time thus saving me another trip to and from the dealership
