"Always confident " I used to take my Mini to be serviced at the dealer from which I purchased it (which is closer to my home). However, when the extended warranty ran out, I began taking it to Otto's because I had heard such great things about the quality of its service. I have not been disappointed. "Alignment Concern" Got an appointment quickly after concern that a pothole affected the alignment. MINI service is always outstanding - had a loaner ready for my 7am pickup and had my car done in one day. Preston is awesome, as is the whole Exton MINI service team.

"Great service" Michael did a great job getting everything done behind the scenes even though he had several customers. There was some waiting due to how busy he was but the dealership kept us very comfortable and engaged in what the status of the process was.
