"Appointment on time" Had an 8:30 Friday appointment ,promptly taken care of,state inspection,oil change, and recommended spark plug change. Thought that was odd however car runs noticeably better. Finished at 10:10 no complaints just good proficient business to deal with.

"Very positive experience" Otto's is not conveniently located for me, but I chose it based on positive comments from other people. I was not disappointed. The employees were polite and helpful, and the dealership is attractive. The inventory of cars was quite impressive, but I chose to order mine and the process was painless thanks to Michael Dixon, my salesman. After the order was placed, Michael kept me informed as to the progress of my car, which I appreciated.

"Fantastic buying experience!" I had my sights set on a Mini Cooper for quite some time, and a couple of years ago I took one out for a test drive. Although I really liked the car, at that time the electronics were not quite as sophisticated as I had wanted.
