"Awesome service " I was in for service on my mini when I sat down with Pete for information about a newer mini and he was very helpful especially since I didn’t have an appointment. I couldn’t afford a new one but he got me into a retired service car within my budget.

"Got My New Mini Today!" I was very excited to come in to browse the new inventory and select a new Mini to lease. I finally found one that I loved. "Love my new Countryman" Had a great car buying experience at Otto's Mini. I went in knowing I wanted a Countryman, but wasn't sure whether I wanted to go pre-owned or new. I'm the kind of customer that takes a long time to make a decision, so it requires a lot of patience on the part of the salesperson.
