"Excellent service " I gave Preston this rating because he was personable and listened to my concerns about my car. Also, he set me up in a loaner car when it was discovered that my car needed more work than anticipated. He made everything about my appointment easy and pleasant. Thank you!

"Love the salesman love the car" when I walked into the mini dealership I wasn’t sure what car I wanted at the time. I test drove quite a few cars from different dealerships The salesman Michael Dixion was so down to earth didn’t try to push any thing on me He was funny and easy to get alone with I ended up buying the countryman S All 4 And I love it so much , it is the best car Soooooo much fun to drive ??

"Great Communication" I have never been to Otto's Mini for service and it was far better than the dealership where we have our other cars serviced. I love the electronic communication. Preston was very responsive to my questions. Not like leaving a message or calling back and forth multiple times. I really appreciate how much time this saved me and how easy it made getting my car serviced.

"Scheduled mantainance" Due for oil change, checked brakes (needed rear) . Great experience from minute I arrived, got into loaner, and returned next day (scheduled service appointment). Charlotte, was extremely accommodating, when checking out. Charlotte also managed to get me hooked up with the hands- on cell phone link on my phone to my car after phone had virus, and could not manage to reconnect.. Again, a very nice experience.. Thanks to any & all who were involved..

"Great service" Always excellent service and speed. Easy to schedule. Waiting area is nice with coffe and tea and snacks and a tv. Location is very convent.

"Most pleasant service visit ever!" Took my mini to Ottos for service. I was greeted by Charlotte and Carol who were both so pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed talking to them while waiting for my car to be finished. They were so fun to be with it made me wish I had a job there too!! Can’t wait to go back in May for my state inspection, this time I will bring my bulldog Ella! She loves my Mini Cooper too and will enjoy visiting the girls! Thanks for a great visit!!

"Excellent Customer Service" I brought my Mini Cooper s Countryman in for a State Inspection (my first service visit to Ott's Mini) and during intake I vaguely described a creaking sound I'd noticed during turning and going over uneven ground. Later, when my car was ready, I discovered that Otto's Mini took my comment very seriously--their examination of the car identified a strut mount as the culprit, which they will replace under warranty when the part comes in. Talk about a good first impression! These folks are terrific.
