"Oil change" Top notch in all categories; technical service, customer service, cleanliness and comfort while waiting. Classy, professional and courteous. The staff even vacuumed and washed my car afterwards!

"Small is Sexy" The Mini is a car that isn't afraid to be different and this is a good thing. Yes, it is dramatically small in a market of look alike gas-guzzling giants. "Always great service!" Everyone at Ottos Mini is very friendly. I usually wait while getting my car serviced; Preston always helps get my car finished as fast as possible with quality work! I love that my car gets washed and floor mats get vacummed every visit, it’s a nice added touch!

"First time Mini owner - First service" I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived never having owned a Mini before or a car with a service contract. Charlotte and all the employees I dealt with were very helpful and accommodating in explaining what was needed. I don't often trust dealership service departments but everyone gave me the sense that I COULD trust this one. Thank you for making a mundane task more enjoyable!
