I had to drop off unannounced. They took card of my Mini right that same day. I have no complaints at all. Very Happy employees. :)

I love the service I get at Otto's MINI in Exton. They are so efficient and I especially love how I get a text message that shows what needs to be done and that I can approve the service right from my phone, so easy and quick. Melissa Gibson, my service advisor is absolutely wonderful and knows her stuff. Everyone there at Otto's are just a really great team, that work very well together.

Very efficient, people there are nice and honest! The waiting room is clean and friendly, with drinks and snack. I finished quite a bit thing on my phone. A great experience!

Preston went the extra mile to honor two coupons that were not really meant to be used together. Repairs and services add up quickly and every little discount helps! He also replaced my windshield washer motor free of charge because he discovered that the problem was actually a clog and not the motor after he installed it. I also had them detail my car inside and out and it turned out amazing! Looks brand new!

I always appreciate how clearly the team communicates with me about the reason for service, potential repairs and possible other needs. Topped of fluids. Didn’t worry that I need until Saturday afternoon to return my loaner although my car was ready on Friday evening.
