Danielle and Kevin are two of the more pleasant service people I regularly encounter. I am able to sit and do reading (paperwork) and have coffee while they shepard my car through the service department.

Mini of Monmouth is great with their service department. Anytime I have an issue they're always fast and effective! Danielle Hickman is really awesome definitely one of my favorites.

My selling dealer, Princeton closed. I called Ray Catena and was scheduled the very next day. I arrived a few minutes early. Was greeted and ushered into a spacious immaculate lounge, offered bagels, coffee and WIFI connection. My Mini was sercviced, computer system updated, washed, vacuumed and service performed paperwork supplied. My thermometer light came on and after speaking with the dealership, my car was towed in no time at all with a rental waiting for me. The service all around was amazing. I never loved my car and dealership until buying my Mini at this dealership.
