Most of what people call customer service barely qualifies these days, but MINI of Monmouth and Danielle in particular really understanding the meaning of true customer service. She goes out of her way to be helpful, she's professional and pleasant. I can't say enough about her exceptional approach to customer service!

Had warning lights on in car . Kevin helped me out quickly had the car fixed in no time. Great experience as always fast and friendly service.

I gave the rating of a 5 because not only did I have my car back in a few days. Danielle kept me informed with everything that was going on with my car. When i went to pick my car up Danielle was not available but Kevin was able and ready to take care of me.. I am a satisfied customer.

Great service from Danielle and the service team as well as the management! Was having an issue with steering pulling to the left. Bruce the mechanic drove my Mini with me in the passenger seat to further evaluate the issue. I was provided a loaner vehicle while my Mini was given a full alignment, tires rotated, fluids topped and a full safety check! Great job. Fast and efficient courteous service. In addition to fuel pump replacement I got new brakes oil change wiper blades and rear light replacement .

Daniel was very helpful, friendly and polite. The work was done completed without any additional delay. Quite a lot of work needed but all finished promptly, even with a snow storm in between.

I just picked up my mini convertible from a service that required brakes & new tires. Since I needed 3 tires and only 2 were in stock, I was given a loaner until the tire was ordered. Thanks Danielle for all of your help. I love my mini and mini of Monmouth you are the best !!
