This is my first Mini-love this car! The first service was quick; very punctual system. From the sales (Thanks Whitney) to the service (excellent experience- Grant) this dealership is professional, accommodating, and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.

My appointment time was honored. Danielle described and explained the scope of service in detail, and offered me the use of an empty desk so that I could work while I waited for my car. That was huge. When the service was completed, Danielle walked me through each step, so that I knew exactly what had been done. My car was washed and vacuumed, as promised. I could not ask for better, more professional or considerate service. Well done!

Very impressed with service, always get the job done quick, replacement parts must be stocked as there is never a delay in "waiting for parts" like many other brand dealers.

Clean showroom Nice people Danielle and Kevin in Service the best and they always explain clearly what the issues might be with the car. There is usually ease in getting a loaner which is important to me Always feel safe and respected

Excellent service always at MINI of Monmouth. Kevin took care of me today and I’ve dealt with Danielle and Grant on previous visits. All three are terrific.

I stopped by on a lark an hour before closing the day before Thanksgiving and asked if some wear on my center console was covered under the warranty. Kevin was fantastic and came out and looked at the car and then drove it to the service department to get an opinion. All this saved me the hassle of coming back for an appointment to have them look at the console. They ordered me a new console and a week later it was installed under warranty.
