Danielle and Kevin were both great! They were able to accommodate me with my appointment and Danielle kept me up to date on every step of the way with the work being done on my car. Always a pleasure to have my car serviced here

My Mini was towed in after an accident. Danielle was my point of contact. Not only did I have the normal stress but my car is so new it hadn’t even been in for an oil change yet. Her compassion, expertise and customer service skills helped me through a difficult situation and the service was completed well ahead of the original expected date.
Excellent performance from all departments, service, mechanics, and receptionist. waiting area have all of the items you need to stay entertained. show room have great selection of cars, wise i was in the market for new car. keep up the good work.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance that turned into a challenge for them. They worked hard to make sure my car was fixed and allowed me to use the loaner for the duration. What turned into a 1 to 2 day service turned into a 5 day challenge. I have a high mileage vehicle and they always take great care of it!

As soon as we walked into Mini of Monmouth , my husband and I felt very welcomed. Whitney Hessert was our salesperson, she was awesome!! Being new to Mini, she was very helpful in explaining the different models and options. It was very refreshing to have a sales person who is knowledgeable in the product, not pushy and very accommodating . Kyle Berkeley was also very attentive to our needs and made us feel like we were getting the best value for the car we were purchasing. A++ in our books!! Hats off to Mini Of Monmouth!!!

The service department is the best. Helpful, kind and tolerant of all my Questions, and I can ask a lot of questions! I always wait for at the dealership while the service is being accomplished and I am always updated so I know how long it will be.
