Danielle and the entire Service team are attentive to all of the Customer's needs! Although I was not expecting to buy tires I appreciate the attention and care about my Safety.

My Mini was due for service as well as to address a tire issue; as in previous service appointments Danielle was prepared the second I walked in, a loaner was at the ready, & I was on my way. My service was completed efficiently, thoroughly, and well. I very much appreciate the complimentary service program that applies to my car for the three-year program and can't imagine going elsewhere at the end of that time period. The service at Mini of Eatontown with Danielle at the lead is stellar.

Danielle is the best. MINI of Monmouth did their usual perfect job. Had oil & filter change, brake line flush, software update, and new tires. Everything was done to perfection.

Despite the fact that we hadn't purchased our car at this dealership, when there was an issue we were welcomed into the dealership, treated kindly and effectively. All of the staff we spoke to, whether they were in service or on the sales floor, were kind and welcoming. Our mechanical issue was taken care of as quickly as can be expected and were apprised of the progress as information was learned.

This time I came there to fix a yellow engine warning light. They had found the cause of it right away (fuel tank breather) and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Now my MINI runs great again. Impressive!

I took my Mini Hardtop for service. I wanted a full inspection. Since I was still under warranty I was pleased to discover that I would not be charged for a full inspection and service appointment. Danielle was a rockstar and made the visit painless and quick. Thanks I am thrilled I bought my car here.

I usually go to Mini of Manhattan for my service but since I was here for the summer, I wanted to try another place since I'm not always satisfied with the service there. Boy, I'm glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Danielle greeted me happily and was very thorough on her explanations. I left for an hour and came back and all was done. They even handed me a first aid kit and wished me well! Highly recommended!!

I purchased my 2014 Countryman at Mini of Monmouth but had been using a dealership closer to home for service. After several issues and concerns with the local dealership, I went to Oakhurst for a free 40 point inspection. Danielle was exceptional - she explored my concerns, answered all of my questions.
