Danielle great as always. Due to work, I always need a loaner which was waiting for me.Have had a MINI for 13-14 years - used to have to go to Princeton but since branch open in Ocean, it is now closer and they are wonderful. When I traded old one in last Fall, Michael Sullivan went out of his way to show me inventory, even those at a sister branch. I can't speak highly enough of my experience there over all the years.

I believe the service team is honest and perform quality service. I just wish price can be a bit lower. Danielle is a joy to work with. I will surely bring my car back for all its service need.

From no pressure sales, to fast, efficient service, Mini of Monmouth is tops. I leased my second Mini from them. First one came from North Jersey. Wouldn't return there. Well worth the drive to Monmouth. Nice people and a clean dealership. Could use a little help in the snack bar, though lol!

I scheduled for the 2nd and showed up on the first but they took me and handled everything. Took a little joking but made me feel all the more comfortable even though I screwed up and they could have sent me home to return the next day. It's why I could go to the one of two dealerships near me but I still drive down there to them.

I brought my car in for service. The loaner car was clean and in good condition. My car was ready a few hours later. Kevin was easy to work with.

I was scheduled for routine maintenance, i.e. the service light went on. I scheduled my appt., was offered a loaner which I needed. The service was performed quickly. I was told about items that did not need to be attended to right away but would be surfacing soon (brake pads). I am never pressured to perform recommended services. i passed on the cabin filter this time. I always feel like I received excellent service. Kevin is great!

Everywhere you go in this dealership you're greeted with Big Smiles and the feeling that people want to sincerely help you.... and it was no different in the Service Department.
