On my third mini from this dealership. I will never go back to another car. The team at this dealership is top notch. The staff is exceptional. Kevin was wonderful. Danielle is also always a pleasure. Matt in sales always takes great care of me.

I dropped off my Mini Clubman on Tuesday for maintenance and a couple of recalled items . Since it was going to be a few hours I was offered a loaner car . First dealership that offered me a loaner without my having to ask . Excellent customer service ! My car was ready when promised and all is well ! I am a happy Mini of Monmouth customer ! Thanks !

Brought my '14 Countryman All4 in for some standard service, but had one "mystery" issue. Danielle went way above and beyond any service manager from any dealership I have ever dealt with in an effort to address the "mystery" issue. She is a rockstar and a key member of this great service team at this exceptional dealership. Highly recommend!

Had a very pleasant and positive experience whenI brought in my 2012 Mini Clubman AW which I recently purchased used from a private owner. Mini of Monmouth treated me as if I just bought it from them! Service was awesome and Danielle Hickman's friendly and helpful advice and taking the time showing me all the "bells and whistles" was really terrific. It's great to know I can always go back and be completely satisfied this team will take the best care of my Mini!
