Very happy with the way my MINI is purring like a kitten after receiving oil change and tune up. The service person (Danielle) always has a pleasant, professional demeanor.

Every time I need to go to Monmouth MINI for anything, I am always amazed at how effortless and pleasant my experience always is. Danielle and Kevin in service are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and during this visit I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew, who will definitely be the one I go to when I'm ready for my new MINI...they have a terrific team over there!

Danielle was great when I called I told her I saw oil on the right side on floor she said bring it in one of the shocks was leaking that's after the week before I want to prince town mini and they said they saw no leak that has happened on several occasions at Princeton mini . When I need service Danielle will be the first I call thank god for mini of Monmouth thanks again

I had a low tire indicator on my dash so I called Mini Service. Danielle was vet helpful in getting me scheduled. Upon arriving, Danielle proved to be knowledgeable as well as friendly. She also explained what maintenance could be done without pressure and quoted the time and price of the work. I have found the employees at Mini to be welcoming and professional.

Converted my radio to satellite service. Was done in the promised time, and the car was cleaned. Prices were amazing, even my original dealer refused to negotiate , When I ready for a new Mini, this will be the dealership I use. Kevin Fitzgerald you are wonderful.

The staff are professional, very friendly and great people. I could talk for hours with them. Their service is amazing and you can relax with some coffee and snacks while your mini in being serviced. Always an awesome experience. I'm a lifetime customer on my 2nd Mini.
