I have leased 2 Mini's from Mini of Monmouth and can't wait to get my 3rd from them! From sales to service they have always been honest, kind and helpful. My sales associate for both leases, Mike P made sure I was given the best deal and placed in the mini THAT I WANTED. The manager, Kyle makes sure you feel comfortable with the transaction and you leave feeling excited about your new mini.

You can't be treated any better by the entire staff, ESPECIALLY Danielle! I feel at home there while I make myself a bagel and coffee. I actually get a little depressed when Danielle says my car is ready.....because that means I have to leave :( I simply can not give enough praise to these people!!! I am a astounded how in the last 5 years, EVERY time I go, they bend over backwards to make sure I'm taken care of.....as if I was family! I said it 30 times before Mr Catena, give these people a raise!!!

This is my 3rd purchase from this dealership and the people that work there and the level of service are the reason I keep coming back (and I love my MINI's also). Service is amazing and always accommodating. Cars are readily available for loaners, if needed and the waiting room is stocked with everything you need while you wait. They do everything for you! Need air in your tires? They'll take care of it. Free car washes weekly so your MINI always looks it's best. The folks that work there have all been there for quite some ... read more

It had been a while since I had personally taken my wife's Mini in for service. Didn't matter ... the service writer, Danielle, recognized me, knew my wife's car history and took care of my car like it was her own. I sat and enjoyed their Starbuck's coffee while the car was repaired and washed. The did a complete survey of the car and said everything was good, didn't need any additional service (that's never happened!). Every associate I saw was as friendly as your best neighbors. I've had my Mini Coupe for a year now. Mike Sullivan made the purchase the most pleasant car buying experience I've had in my 50+ years of owing cars. It just had it's first annual service and Danielle was great. It only took an hour and a half and I enjoyed the coffee and bagels while I waited.

I would like to thank Danielle and the service crew for finding a water pump leak when I brought my car in to have the breaks done. The water pump was replaced in a timely manner and I was on my way. :) I'm glad that they found the problem before I did. It wouldn't be fun to find it on the road and getting left stranded some where.

The Service is exceptional, I would recommend this location to friends and family. I did not walk away feeling like I had paid for unnecessary repairs.
