First service visit and first Mini. Very happy with the car and the service (so far)! I will definitely have my Mini serviced here. Danielle was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the Mini and was kind enough to show me how to read the service indicators. Over all it was a very pleasant experience and the dealership is beautiful as well.

My car suddenly stopped and was towed into the dealership the day before an impending snow storm. Danielle was honest from the start, knowing the techs would not be able to work on the car until they got back in the shop after the storm, and she got me into a loaner car. Brought my car in for service due to engine light being on and was taken care of without issues. No questions, just great service and attitude. I have a dealership that's closer to me (15 mins) but I still drive down t where I bought it (55 mins) cause they take care of us and have great service. Thanks You
