Can't say one bad thing about my experience at Mini of Monmouth. I called up, scheduled an appointment and dropped off my car. When the car was ready, I got a phone call to come pick it up. I wasn't able to get there that same day and they accommodated me by letting me keep it there for a couple of days until I was available to come pick it up. All the people that I've dealt with there were extremely friendly and professional.
Danielle was a true professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. She was extremely helpful at 7:30AM in an emergency situation. This dealership is the best I have ever dealt with regarding sales and service. I strongly recommend them when looking for a fun and great car to drive
I've been the Service Center a few times and the attention to detail was awesome. They again and again go above and beyond in their service to the customer. The best compliment I can give is that unlike most dealerships, the experience doesn't end when you purchase a vehicle-it is just beginning!
We have had 4 wonderful experiences at Ray Catena dealerships...Jaguar,Lexus and now 2 Mini car purchases at Mini of Monmouth. Our sales associate at Mini of Monmouth was Whitney Hessert and she is very sweet,professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Whitney to anyone interested in the Mini, Whitney is a pleasure to work with and makes all of her customers happy! As for the Ray Catena Dealerships...Everyone of them is awesome...showrooms,employees,service depts. etc..etc...I could go on and on!!

From the phone call to make my appointment to getting my car back First Class all the way. Check in is pleasant and quick, the work is done well and your car comes back cleaned inside and out and anything left in your car is right where you left it. The waiting area is like a small comfortable coffee shop I always wait for my car to be serviced because it is so relaxing
