I've never enjoyed a car-buying experience more than I did at NW MINI. Joe Narr is superb at working with you to get exactly what you want! I test drove several different models before deciding on the "one" and Joe never batted an eye. I felt he sincerely wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the car I purchased. Once I chose the MINI I wanted, Joe spent a lot of time with me to make sure I knew everything about it before I drove it off the lot. He listened to what I wanted and answered any questions I had. There was no pressure to buy, just a very relaxed experience. He knows his business. He explained everything that I should know about before I drove the MINI off the lot. The whole buying experience was great. Rocky was extremely nice and helpful. He knows Minis! I corresponded with him via email due to my work schedule and let him know what I was looking for and any questions I had. Very quick to get back to me and answer questions. He was very patient with me and my going back and forth with what I wanted. I have never had so much fun buying a vehicle!
