I cannot say enough about this dealership! This is my 3rd car and I can see us owning MINIS for a long while. We love the personal attention we get every time we walk through the doors as much as love our cars. If you're looking for a dealership experience that feels like family, this is your kind of place. Seems hard to believe, but it's true.
My experience of purchasing the car at Northwest Mini dealership was satisfying. The process went really fast and easy, and I was able to find a perfect car with a ideal price. Also, sells Brandon and Terry definitely made this purchasing experience even better. They are very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole time. If my friends and family are looking for cars, I would for sure suggest them to come to the Northwest Mini.
Rocky is so good he sold us two MINIs!! Truly a nice person and my wife Paula and I consider him a friend. He is definitely tuned into customer needs and knows how to put you into the car you want.
Steve is great. Really listened to what I was looking for, and with MINI that is very important. He helped me explore all my options and made the process of getting a new MINI easy and stress free. They are a fun car with a ton of options, Steve and Joe did a great job of answering all my questions and educating me on the options.
One of the things we liked (aside from the car itself) is that the dealership is anything but stuffy and rigid. I mean this in a good way. Steve was on the ball when we needed him and hands off when we needed him to be. The cars sell themselves, but the service was great. Steve even came in on his day off at 5 pm so we could grab the car before the weekend.
Terri Soumis is an incredible sales advisor, he made the whole experience of car buying fun. From the very beginning of the build till my car made it into the showroom floor. He keep us informed of all the details. I remember the first time I meet him I could tell that this guy knew his stuff. He help me and my husband make the best choices on what we put into the build, he didn't try and talk us into things that we really didn't need but listened to what we wanted. Let me just say I love, no LOVE my new Mini Hardtop. And that all because Elliot Autuchovich, who was the first person I met, totally gets it.
