RecommendedI just like the way a servicing schedule goes. You make an appointment and they give you a loaner car. You get a video of things that need attention and they will do what you ask them too. Friendly people also.

I bought a certified pre-owned Countryman, which turned out to have a couple of issues, one of which I discovered after driving the car to Florida!
