Dave Smith was patient and knowledgeable showing me the Mini Coopers. I was looking for a specific model and he was able to find one for me. He drives a Mini Cooper himself which I take for really liking his product.
The service department is impressive!
I just like the way a servicing schedule goes. You make an appointment and they give you a loaner car. You get a video of things that need attention and they will do what you ask them too. Friendly people also.
The people at MINI North Scottsdale have been really good to work with... I bought a certified pre-owned Countryman, which turned out to have a couple of issues, one of which I discovered after driving the car to Florida! Dave Stinson and Rick were especially helpful in getting things resolved and I am Soooooo happy with my new-to-me MINI!!! Thanks everybody!!!
