GREAT SERVICE Mitch Shefveland,my service advisor, did a great job. I bought a Mini convertible from Bill Jacobs. When there was a noise in the suspension, Mitch kept working to diagnose and repair the problem. A Mini engineer was brought in and the issue was resolved. I highly recommend Bill Jacobs Mini and look forward to working with Mitch in the future.
