Bill Jacobs MINI: Mitchell is the greatest! My MINI was recently and very unfortunately rear ended by a young man who was not paying any attention to the road ahead (please stay off your phone, folks.....). My MINI service advisor, Mitch Shefveland, treated my case respectfully and very very generously. Mitch first, then Mike Mitch- Still incredible service. Very thorough, explain every aspect, followed up more than once. He is one of the reasons I love my Mini! Every time I have brought my Mini. Mitch has taken care of me and this time he had to be off on the Friday I picked up my vehicle. He not only let me know but he let me know that Mike would take over on the pickup.
