Mitch first, then Mike Mitch- Still incredible service. Very thorough, explain every aspect, followed up more than once. He is one of the reasons I love my Mini! Every time I have brought my Mini. Mitch has taken care of me and this time he had to be off on the Friday I picked up my vehicle. He not only let me know but he let me know that Mike would take over on the pickup.
