Good Service on a Mini Countryman Aldo took good care of us at Bill Jacobs Mini. We needed a new clutch on a 2015 Mini Countryman and they did a great job explaining what needed to be fixed and good communications throughout the process.

Great car, great buying experience We had never been inside a Mini dealership before, and our first words to John Boecker, our Mini Motoring Advisor, were “We’re just looking.” Not too much later, we were driving out the door in our new Mini Countryman plug-in hybrid. Great overall service Mike was very pleasant and friendly throughout the entire experience. He put up with a tough customer (I was there on the customer's behalf). Although we ultimately did not end up getting the Mini serviced, we walked away with a good experience.
