Mike In Service Mike was an excellent service advisor. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. I was in and out withing 30 minutes with a loaner!

MINI SERVICE MITCH THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AS ALWAYS! WE REALLY ENJOY OUR MINI. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN IS PROMPT AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THE ENTIRE STAFF AT BILL JACOBS IS VERY ACCOMENDATING.

Mini Countryman 2011 repair and bumper repaint Aldo Heurta, Service Advisor was great! He arranged for me to have a loaner and brought it to me. The car looks great and runs well. Attention to serving the customer makes all the difference.

MINI SERVICE MITCH IS OUR GUY! AS ALWAYS MITCH HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. THE SERVICE HERE IS EXCELLENT AND WE WOULD NEVER CONSIDER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE FOR OUR MINIS. THE ATTENDENTS HERE ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND TREAT US LIKE ROYALTY

MINI SERVICE MITCH Mitch Shefveland is very cordial, helpful, attentive, knowledgeable in his field. He can answer any question or direct it to the right source. We come here to have service because of Mitch. We have purchased two minis from Miitch and will purchase our next one from him.

MINI SERVICE MITCH We were experiencing some burning smells from our 2004 mini and stopped in without an appointment at the Bill Jacobs Mini. We were met immediately by Mith, a Service Adviser. He came out to the car, and accessed the smell and heat in the engine. He checked the oil (which I just had checked by a service place the night before and was told it was fine) and saw that we were low on oil. They were able to fit us in, and took care of the problem.
