Excellent Service I took my car to get serviced because the windshield cracked and the man who assisted me was Mitch. Mitch was extremely kind and made sure that my issue was resolved not only quickly, but efficiently as well. He was a very exuberant man with exceptional professionalism. He made me feel very welcomed and so at ease, that I will now request his assistance for all my future service needs. He is the epitome of what exceedingly good customer service is. 10/10 ask for Mitch!
Very impressed with a service Adviser I purchased a used 2006 MiniCooper S convertible in Chicago 10/06/16 and I took the car to Bill Jacobs for service and to be checked over October 18, 2016 where Mitchel Shefveland was my service adviser and returned November 14, 2016 to have a couple of his recommendations repaired. When I blew my engine in October, 2018 .. I called Mr. Shefveland , and he had my car picked up in Hobart, IN and taken to BillJacobs . Bill Jacobs Mini w/ Mike Witkowski I brought my mini in with some technical issues, and the people of Bill Jacobs provided a great service. Everytime I come in, I go to Mike Witkowski. He is the best service advisor, hands down!

MINI Service Mitch Shefveland is an excellent service advisor and the the work done by crew is top notch. And the facility is is clean with snacks and beverages avalible if you are waiting.
Mini Service first time i entered Bill Jacobs Mini I was greeted into the family. Mike was very informative and patient in answering all my questions about my mini's repairs. I came in a few months later to have my Mini's fluids topped off and washed and again was greeted by Mitch and given 1st class service. My next vehicle is sure to be a fabulous Mini and purchased through these wonderful guys who have been so very helpful in just my first year of Mini ownership.
