Bill JACOBS Mini oil change The place is very clean professional looking the amenities are very nice and my service provider Mitch Shefveland Is always helpful to point out things my car might need but never pushy on it which is always thankful
Great service This place is great, bought my car here 5yrs ago and will probably be back for my next car. The service department is always so helpful and they do a great job. My service took longer then expected and they offered to drive me to get food.
Mini serviced @ Bill Jacobs in Naperville, IL Mike W. is awesome!! I will trust him with my car. He explained everything to us, prices and all! It is a hassle for us to go to the dealership because we live so far from Naperville but he took care of everything, very efficiently and professionally. Hope that he will stay with Bill Jacobs ....forever!

The service rep , Aldo Huerta, was very Proffesional in all aspects of attending to my needs and concerns regarding the necessary repairs on the vehicle. Explanations were very clear on the process, with clear detail provided as progress continue. He was also very helpful in regards to providing proper maintenance structure going forward and the benefits of continuing to rely on Bill Jacobs Mini as our provider of service.

My Experience Mike W was extremely nice and helpful His customer service was exceptional. He was helpful in all the questions that I asked him and even explained that the service department will price match for new tires. That is a great thing I now know that I will have that service done here.
