We just bought a pretty fully loaded X5 from Venci. Venci has a terrific style as he does not try to sell you in a traditional sense (which does not work for someone like us) but instead he does an extraordinary job of politely, intelligently and efficiently sensing the potential buyer's needs, tuning in to those needs by communicating the products very effectively and then doing great customer contact. you've got an exceptionally accomplished employee in Venci.

Mark spent a lot of time showing me the mini and the countryman. He explained all of the options and helped guide me through to figuring out which one was right for me. He's was very friendly, courteous,and patient with me, so when I was ready to buy I felt good about the whole experience. Mark is definately an asset at Tom Bush Mini, and when I get ready to buy another car I'll be looking for him.

I went in to just test drive a BMW as I had a price from another dealer I thought couldn't be beat. Boy was I wrong! Marcelo gave me a price that was the lowest and also arranged financing that matched my credit unions best rate. It was a very good experience and I would recommend him to my family & friends.

This is my third BMW (6 for the family) since 2005. Marco was recommended after my original SA moved on. Marco was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and patient as I drove and examined nearly every vehicle on the lot looking for "the one". Once I found the the car I wanted, Marco went to work and got me a fantastic deal. Ask for Venci at Tom Bush BMW. We have purchased two cars from Venci in the past three years and he is a true professional in every aspect of automobile sales. He has great follow-up, always does what he says he will do and has a great customer service approach. There is not a lot of flebibility in BMW pricing but he is very knowledgeable about the purchase/lease options, rebate program; and sincerely does his best to get the best price/financing plan possible.

I purchase my second and third mini from Tom C. I looked into buying my 3rd a few months back but didn't like the finance available. Tom never pushed and told me to come back when ready. A few months later when I was ready to buy with check on hand; I could not find what I wanted. Tom searched and got close but it just wasn't put there. Ms Barbara Beasley has been an excellent and professional individual during the whole transaction of buying a new car and trading in an older car. Chuck was great, friendly, informative and patient! Easiest car buying experience I've had! Website was helpful to track my purchase and Chuck gave me status updates as my car was being completed. He was very informed about vehicle and explained all procedures very accurately.
