after talking to some cheesy guys in the south florida dealerships, i wound up buying my BMW feom chuck hollis in northern florida. he delivered a car that many dealers were charging a premium over msrp for due to its limited nature, at the msrp and with a very efficient paperwork process. if youre in miami area, i highly recommed giving a call and making the short drive up. i'm in new york and even made the trip.

My expereince with Tom Bush MINI was exceptional. Excellent service. The sales representative really got a good feel for the type of car I was looking for and guided me the best selection. There was a no hassle attitude at the time of signing with no extra costs. Everything was so easy. The follow oncuatomer service has been great as well. Any questions have been answered promplty and accurately. I would go back any day.

thorough walkthrough, friendly attitude, straightforward manner; came in with a particular model in mind, I was taken through the available stock, options were given, we ended up with a MINI Countryman in exactly the configuration I'd been looking for.

Trading in my 2010 328i for a 2011 528i was very easy and the price was excellent especially for the options that were included in the package. The car also arrived very quickly. No pressure.

My wife and I leased a 2007 328i and purchased a 2009 X3 from Tom Bush BMW in Jacksonville, FL. Don Newell was our salesman in both cases. He is without a doubt the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. His "look around and let me know if you need help" approach was a pleasant change from the pushy, hovering, look over your shoulder, salesman we have dealt with in the past. We will be in the market for a 1 Series convertible in the not too distant future and if he's still there Don Newell will be our salesman.
