Had an electrical problem within 24 hrs of owning my Mini Cooper Clubman. The problem was fixable and it was, but I still had some reservations about the car. I just did not think a new car should have had this problem and they agreed. No problem at all. Tom Bush Mini gave me a new car and took care of all the expenses related to the transfer of tags. I was not out of pocket 1 cent. They actually gave me a $500 credit to use for accessories or service! They did the right thing! I can not say enough of good things about this ... read more

Our salesperson was very educated about the features of the car we were looking to purchase. They gave us a very good interest rate because the car was certified. They worked with us on the price of the vehicle and the whole process went very smoothly. This was our 4th car from Tom Bush BMW.
I was weary of going to this dealership because of some of the bad reviews. But they are one of the best. From the first contact by phone, to the service professionals to their courtesy transportation service I was very impressed. They made me feel welcomed, they were professional and I felt that I was given great service at a reasonable price. I will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone.
