I recently had to have work done on my 2013 Paceman under an extended warranty. The service rep, Parker Adams, did an excellent job of following up with the warranty company to minimize my out of pocket costs. I had an very nice loaner car for almost a week. Great job everyone.

MINI/BMW of Dallas has the best service staff. They are professional, proficient, and considerate of customers time and needs. I purchased my vehicle in 2018 from MINI of Dallas and worked with the service staff since then. Every visit has been exceptional in satisfaction.

I like Mini of Dallas. But why do you have an extended warranty and it covers nothing. My service advisor was great but never really offered an explanation as to why it didn’t cover anything. I canceled my extended warranty.

The customer service I received was top notch. Colin explained the issue my Mini was experiencing. I felt confident in what he told me. The service was completed quickly, but I had a loaner in case I needed one. I love my Mini 🚗 and know that Mini of Dallas takes good care of her.

I have had two visits with Mini of Dallas recently and everything has been great. Both times Colin worked with us and got everything taken care of. We got a loaner the first time and the second time the service tech stayed late on Friday and fixed it so I would have my car on Monday. Thank you Colin-great job- you are the best!
I used to go to Mini of Plano before it was closed. My only option is Mini of Dallas. The first time I called to make an appt there, the rep sent me to another location who I thought was part of Mini of Dallas, but it was a European Service Center. Its not even connected with the dealership. When I finally went to the mini dealership, it was a very awkward visit. The rep there acted very shady.
